Michelle Edmunds, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
President, Senior HR Consultant
Michelle Edmunds is a "feel good" HR guru who specializes in Montana employment law and best practices. She utilizes this through HR consulting and providing staffing services to small and large businesses state wide. Michelle is the President and Sr. HR Consultant for Westaff. Michelle believes in win-win solutions and enjoys coaching and learning from her clients and team. She is passionate about working hard and playing harder while providing strategic HR solutions to small business owners like herself.
Michelle provides services such as employee handbook reviews and rewrites, workplace investigations, day to day HR consulting, leadership and communication trainings, temporary staffing, permanent staffing and executive recruitments.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from a top-ranked business school, the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. Michelle is certified as a "Senior Professional in Human Resources" by the Human Resource Certification Institute (SPHR). She is also a Certified Senior Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP). Michelle was awarded HR Leader of the Year in 2020 and was named 20 under 40 professionals in Helena in 2015. Michelle actively volunteers in Helena’s local SHRM chapter as well national SHRM in Washington DC.
Corinne Moore, PHR
Senior HR Consultant
Corinne is a Sr. HR Consultant specializing in communication and compliance. She provides HR advice to employers statewide, writes employee handbooks, conducts investigations, coaches' business owners, conducts training sessions, and is an expert in recruitment. With over a decade of hands on experience in managing and recruiting, Corinne brings real world solutions to managers and believes in improving workplaces through open and honest communication.
Corinne is accredited as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute, and before starting work at Westaff in 2014, earned her BA in Communication from Carroll College and her MA in Communication from San Diego State University. She enjoys connecting with other businesses and was awarded as one of Helena's 20 Under 40 business professionals in 2020. She is President of Helena's local Job Service Employers' Committee (JSEC), and an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) local County Chapter.
